The turnaround for a custom deck is around 20 business days from the time payment is received. We'll confirm your design before sending it to print, so make sure your contact details are correct at checkout.
You can upload PNG or JPG files directly through the deck maker on our website. For the best print quality, use a high resolution image — ideally 300 DPI or higher. If you have an AI, EPS or PDF file you'd like to use instead, just email it to us directly and we'll handle the setup for you.
No minimums — you can order just one deck. Whether you want a single one-off piece or hundreds of decks for your brand, we can accommodate both. Bulk orders get cheaper the more you order, so get in touch for a pricing sheet if you need multiple decks.
We ship across New Zealand and internationally. NZ shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping is available on NZ orders over $199.99. For international shipping rates, these are also calculated at checkout.
Yes — that's exactly what the deck maker on our homepage is for. Upload your artwork, position it on the board, and see exactly how it will look before you order. If you're happy with how it looks, add it to cart and we'll confirm the design with you before anything goes to print.
No worries — just email your artwork to harry@skatehaus.nz with any notes on how you'd like it laid out. Harry will put together a mockup and send it over for your approval before anything gets printed.
We print on high quality maple skateboard decks available in 8", 8.25" and 8.5" widths, all 33" long. The decks are suitable for both riding and wall display.
Because every deck is custom printed to your design, we are unable to offer refunds once the deck has gone to print. We always confirm the design with you before printing, so please check your approval carefully. If there is a print error on our end, we will reprint the deck at no cost to you.
